Welcome to Kill Time! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Kill Time (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "the Application"). Please read these Terms carefully.
By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install or use the Application.
1. Service Description
Kill Time is a free Klotski puzzle game for Android devices. The game provides multiple levels where players need to solve puzzles by moving blocks.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the functionality of the Application at any time without notice.
2. License Grant
2.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use Kill Time on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial use only.
2.2 License Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by law, you may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Application

- Use the Application for any commercial purpose
- Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws and regulations
3. User Conduct
When using the Application, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any conduct that may damage, disable, overburden or impair the Application
- Not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated means to access the Application
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or related systems

Kill Time and all of its content, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video and design) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The "Kill Time" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
5. User Generated Content
Currently, Kill Time does not support user-generated or uploaded content. If such features are added in the future, we will update these Terms.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 "As Is" Provision
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
- That the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
- That results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable
- That any errors in the Application will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss or business interruption
- Our total liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Application in the past six months (if applicable) or $100 USD (whichever is lower)
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for any reason without notice, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Application and uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen before termination.

The Application is suitable for users of all ages. However, if you are under 13 years of age, please use the Application under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

The Application may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restriction laws and regulations.
18. Government Users
If you are a government user or using the Application on behalf of a government, the Application is a "commercial item" as that term is defined under applicable government procurement regulations.
